What is your return window?

You have 7 days after receiving your order to request a return.

What condition must items be in to qualify for a return?

Items must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • With original tags still attached
  • In original packaging

A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Which items cannot be returned?

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Customized or personalized jeans
  • Gift cards
  • Sale or discounted items

How do I start a return?

  1. Email admin@deniverse.co with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Wait for our team to approve your request — returns without prior approval will not be accepted.
  3. Once approved, we'll send you a return shipping label and instructions on where to send your package.

Who pays for return shipping?

Deniverse provides a return shipping label once your return is approved. You do not need to arrange or pay for return shipping yourself.

Do you offer direct exchanges?

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or style, here's the process:

  1. Initiate a return for the original item (see above).
  2. Once your return is approved and processed, place a new order for the item you want.

This ensures you get the exact fit or style you're looking for without delays.

How long does a refund take?

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Banks and payment gateways may take additional time to reflect the amount. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven't seen it, contact us at admin@deniverse.co.

My order arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. What do I do?

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If anything is wrong, contact us immediately at admin@deniverse.co with your order details and photos if possible. We'll resolve it promptly.
